HTML to Webflow converter
Paste the HTML of 1 section. Include the <style> tag and, for GSAP, the <script> tag. Click Convert. Then click Copy for Webflow and press ⌘V or Ctrl+V in the Designer. You receive native elements, classes and breakpoints. The converter does not use an Embed.
Converting more than one section? Add FlowPaste to Chrome: it works inside the Designer, captures sections from live sites, and keeps a library.
How to use it
- Paste your HTML into the box above. Put the CSS in a <style> tag.
- Click Convert.
- Click Copy for Webflow.
- In the Designer, select the location for the section.
- Press ⌘V or Ctrl+V.
What the converter converts
The converter converts elements, classes, combo classes, hover states and focus states. It converts media queries to Webflow breakpoints and Tailwind utility classes to Webflow classes. It also converts common GSAP animations to Webflow Interactions. If code cannot be native, for example keyframes and pseudo-elements, the converter keeps that code in a small Embed.
Limits of the online converter
The online converter accepts a maximum of 3,000 characters and 3 conversions each day. The free Chrome extension accepts 8,000 characters and 3 conversions each day in the Designer. Pro has no limits.
Questions
Is this HTML to Webflow converter free?
Yes. The online converter is free, and you do not need an account. You can do 3 conversions each day, with a maximum of 3,000 characters each.
Why do I paste into the Designer, not a file?
Webflow cannot import an HTML file as elements that you can edit. But the Designer accepts Webflow elements from the clipboard. The converter writes the code in that clipboard format.
Is my code stored?
No. The server converts your code and sends the result back to your browser. FlowPaste only counts your conversions for the day. For this count, FlowPaste uses a hashed ID that changes each day.
