Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and FlowPaste ("we") for using FlowPaste: the website at flowpaste.com, its API and the FlowPaste Chrome extension. By creating an account or using FlowPaste you agree to them.

1. What FlowPaste does

FlowPaste converts HTML, CSS and JavaScript (including Tailwind and GSAP code) into data you can paste into the Webflow Designer, and lets you capture sections of web pages for the same purpose. FlowPaste is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Webflow, Inc. "Webflow" is a trademark of Webflow, Inc.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 and give a working email address.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person per account. Don't share a Pro account or use scripts to get around the Free plan limits.

3. Plans and billing

  • Free: 3 conversions and 3 captures per day (reset at midnight UTC), up to 8,000 characters per conversion.
  • Pro: US$14.99 per month or US$89.99 per year, billed in advance through Stripe. Prices exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added where required.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
  • Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the code you convert and the components you save. You give us permission to process that content only to run FlowPaste for you. You confirm you have the right to use what you convert or capture.

Live Capture: capturing a section of a website does not give you the right to use its design, text, images or code. Only capture pages you own, have permission to use, or are using in a way the law allows. You're responsible for how you use captured content.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use FlowPaste to:

  • copy or pass off other people's websites, brands or content without permission;
  • build phishing pages or anything that impersonates another person or business;
  • break the law, or attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service;
  • break Webflow's own terms of service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where reasonable we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. The service

We work to keep FlowPaste running and accurate, but conversions are automated and won't always match the original exactly. Webflow can change its Designer at any time, which may temporarily affect pasting. Check results before publishing. We may change or improve features; if we remove a paid feature you rely on, you can cancel and get a pro-rated refund for the unused time.

7. Liability

FlowPaste is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using FlowPaste and delete your account at any time. We can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. When an account is deleted, saved components are deleted too.

9. Changes and law

We'll email you about material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere you keep the protection of your local consumer laws.
