Why a Readdy site doesn't paste into Webflow
Readdy is an AI website builder for business sites, portfolios, landing pages, blogs and online stores. It also has agency features: client workspaces, white label and client billing. Under the visual editor, each site is code. Readdy's docs describe projects built with React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript, with files like App.tsx and tailwind.config.ts.
Webflow can't import that code or a whole site. Its help center calls a move to Webflow a rebuild, not a transfer. Readdy's Figma export is static, and pasting the React files into a Code Embed gives you code nobody can edit in the Designer.
FlowPaste copies the page your browser shows, after React has run and Tailwind has styled it. FlowPaste reads the page the way your browser shows it: the elements, every CSS rule that applies to them, the media queries and the hover states. It then writes Webflow's own clipboard format, so ⌘V (Ctrl+V) in the Designer creates real elements with named classes.
The common reason to move: a client wants to own and edit the site in Webflow, with a CMS and a team, after the agency built the first version fast in Readdy.
“Migrating to Webflow will be a rebuild, not a transfer.”

Ways to do it, compared
| Method | Editable in Webflow | Responsive | Time for one page | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Download the code from Readdy, then drop the .zip into FlowPaste | Yes: native elements and classes | Yes | 5–10 minutes | Unpublished sites and pages you can't open on their own |
| Export to Figma with Readdy's plugin, then Figma to Webflow | Yes, after a second conversion | Depends on the Figma file | 30+ minutes | Designers who want to rework the layout in Figma first |
| Rebuild by hand in the Designer | Yes | Yes, if you build it | 2–6 hours | Small pages, or a full redesign |
| Hire a freelancer to rebuild | Yes | Yes | Days | Whole sites when you have budget (from about $80 a page) |
| FlowPaste: Copy to Webflow on readdy.site | Yes: native elements and classes | Yes | Under a minute per page | Any Readdy page you can open on readdy.site |
The Copy to Webflow button isn't supported in Readdy's editor yet. Use a readdy.site page, the page opened in its own tab, or the downloaded code.
How to copy a Readdy page into Webflow
Time: about 2 minutes per page. You need: the FlowPaste Chrome extension, your Readdy site, a Webflow site open in the Designer.
Open the page outside Readdy's editor
Open the site on its readdy.site address in Chrome. Readdy's editor doesn't show the Copy to Webflow button yet, so the page needs its own tab.
TipNo readdy.site page to open? Skip to the code route: in Readdy's Code editor, click Download (upper right) and drop the .zip into FlowPaste in the Designer.
Pick the page and its state
Use the site's own navigation to reach the page you want. Close pop-ups and cookie notices so they aren't part of the copy.
Click Copy to Webflow
The button sits at the bottom right of the page. The main click copies every section in order. On a tab without the button, click the FlowPaste icon and choose Capture the full page.
TipFor one section, open the arrow menu and choose Pick a section. Hover the design, press ↑ for a bigger area, and click.
Paste in the Webflow Designer
Click where the page should go and press ⌘V (Ctrl+V). The sections paste in order as native elements.
Add fonts, images and forms
Add the listed fonts in Site settings → Fonts. Connect your site in FlowPaste → Account → Webflow images so pictures upload to Webflow Assets. Set where each Form Block's submissions go in Webflow.
Repeat for each page
Readdy's editor lists a project's pages in the address bar above the preview. Routing isn't copied, so copy each page and link them with Webflow's Navbar.
What comes across
| In Readdy | In Webflow | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Generated sections (hero, services, testimonials) | Sections and Div Blocks with classes | Names come from structure, like testimonial-card |
| Tailwind CSS utilities | Named classes | Identical styles share one class |
| Desktop and mobile layouts | Tablet, mobile landscape and mobile portrait | Widths Webflow lacks snap to the nearest breakpoint |
| Hover and focus styles | Hover and Focus states | |
| Animate effects that fade in on scroll | A small scroll animation script | Other motion doesn't come along; add Webflow Interactions |
| Lead forms | Webflow Form Blocks | Submissions go to Webflow, not Readdy's Form area |
| Shared header and footer (newer React projects) | Elements on each page | Turn them into Webflow Components |
| Shop, payments, bookings, sign-in | Not carried over | Rebuild with Webflow Ecommerce or an app |
| Uploaded and generated images | Image elements | Uploaded to Webflow Assets when your site is connected |
| Inline SVG icons | Embed elements | Editing them needs a paid site plan |
Three ways in, depending on where the site is
1. yoursite.readdy.site → Copy to Webflow (bottom right) 2. Page open in its own tab, no button → FlowPaste icon → Capture the full page 3. Readdy Code editor → Download (.zip) → drop the .zip into FlowPaste in the Designer
Section class: hero Heading H1 class: hero-heading Link Block class: hero-button (+ Hover) Section class: services Div Block ×3 class: service-card Section class: contact Form Block class: contact-form
Problems and fixes
There's no Copy to Webflow button in Readdy's editor
That's expected for now: the editor isn't supported yet. Open the site on readdy.site and use the button there, use FlowPaste → Capture the full page on the page in its own tab, or download the code and drop the .zip.
I don't see the button on my readdy.site page
Reload the tab after installing or updating FlowPaste. The button needs a page area of at least 320×220 px. If you closed it with ✕, reload the page.
The copy shows a login screen
Pages that use Readdy's sign-in show a login form to visitors. Sign in first, or copy only the public pages and keep members-only parts where they run.
The contact form doesn't send anything
Readdy stores submissions in its own Form area. In Webflow, the pasted Form Block sends to Webflow: set the notification email in Webflow.
Images break on the published Webflow site
Connect your site in FlowPaste → Account → Webflow images and copy again. Without it, images point to Readdy's host.
Moving a client site from Readdy to Webflow
Readdy is quick for a first version. Webflow is where many clients want to edit, blog and grow the site. A clean handoff takes an afternoon.
- List the pages and features. Note each page, every form, and anything that uses Readdy's backend: shop, bookings, payments, sign-in. Those need a Webflow or third-party replacement.
- Copy the design. Copy each page with FlowPaste from readdy.site, or from the downloaded code. Turn the header and footer into Components.
- Move content into the CMS. Blog posts, team members and case studies go into Webflow Collections so the client can edit them.
- Export old form data. Readdy lets you export form submissions as .xlsx. Save them before you switch, since new submissions will go to Webflow.
- Switch the domain. Readdy binds a custom domain to one site with DNS records. Remove those records and add Webflow's when the Webflow site is ready.
- Keep an app part if you have one. If the project includes a logged-in area, keep it where it runs on app.example.com and put the marketing site on www.example.com in Webflow.
After you paste
- Add the fonts in Webflow → Site settings → Fonts. FlowPaste lists them in the notes after each conversion. Until then, text that brought its own font file still shows correctly, but you can't pick the font in the Typography panel.
- Images: Webflow publishes images only from its own Assets. Connect your site once in FlowPaste → Account → Webflow images, and every paste uploads its images for you. Without it, images show in the Designer but break on the published site.
- Click through tablet, mobile landscape and mobile portrait in the Designer. Media queries are already mapped to those breakpoints; check anything the notes marked as "snapped".
- Rename or merge classes where you want your own system. Identical styles already share one class; variations are combo classes.
- Look for Embed elements (inline SVG icons, pseudo-elements, leftover scripts). They show on every plan; editing their code needs a paid site plan.
- Export Readdy's form submissions (.xlsx) before you move the domain.
- Publish to your webflow.io staging domain and check animations and scripts there. Scroll-triggered Interactions don't always play inside Designer Preview.
Questions
Can I export Readdy code to Webflow?
Not as code: Webflow can't import it. Download the project from Readdy's Code editor and drop the .zip into FlowPaste, which renders it and pastes native Webflow elements. Or copy the live readdy.site page with the Copy to Webflow button.
Does the Copy to Webflow button work in Readdy's editor?
Not yet. It works on readdy.site pages. In the meantime, open the page in its own tab and use FlowPaste → Capture the full page, or use the downloaded code.
Will my Readdy forms, shop and bookings work in Webflow?
The forms come across as Webflow Form Blocks that send to Webflow. Shop, payments, bookings, sign-in and Readdy's backend don't move; use Webflow Ecommerce or an app for those.
Should I use Readdy's Figma export instead?
Only if you want to rework the design in Figma first. Readdy's Figma export is static, and you'd still need a second step to get from Figma into Webflow. FlowPaste goes straight from the page to the Designer.
Do I lose my Readdy site when I copy it?
No. Copying doesn't change anything in Readdy. The site stays live until you move the domain.
Does it work with Readdy sites built for clients under white label?
Yes, as long as you can open the page in Chrome. On a white-label domain without the button, use FlowPaste → Capture the full page.
